As the internet continues to grow and become more and more the essential means of conducting business, various standards are being passed out. Since the internet is one of those realms where you can not see the whites of their eyes, it can be difficult to know if you are getting you money’s worth. Finding out if you are caught in a scam or not when you are doing business on the internet can be nearly impossible. How can you be sure that you are getting what you are looking for when you are on the internet?
There are steps that are being taken to help ensure that there is some quality standard that internet services have to live up to. One such measure is the certification of domain appraiser. If you have never heard of a domain appraiser, all you have to do is think of what a regular appraiser is. A domain appraiser does the same thing. The ACDA (Association of Certified Domain Appraisers) are qualified to evaluate cyber-estate. These requirements guarantee that a domain appraiser is able to predict the success of cyber-estate projects. A domain appraiser is someone who has gotten a voluntary certification given out by the Professional Association of Certified Domain appraisers. A domain appraiser sells cyber-estate. Cyber-estate includes every thing from domains to online content that has not been developed yet. A domain appraiser is responsible for evaluating the affective domain. Domain evaluation is helpful in determining the success of a domain. A domain appraiser will be certified in certain areas. They will be MAI, SRPA or SREA designated or they should be able to prove that they became a domain appraiser before 1989. A domain appraiser must also be a licensed Real Estate Broker or salesperson that has pursued additional educational certificates or credits. The third requirement of a domain appraiser is that they have been on the internet for at least two years or before 1997 in order to get accredited. The exception to this rule is attorneys that are active and in good standing in the state that they are allowed to practice law in. But these attorneys must be qualified in real estate license law and have a valid Bar card. Such persons don’t need to be a licensed Real Estate Broker to be a domain appraiser. We will assist you in locating a domain appraiser. It is can be very helpful to seek their guidance when you are considering buying cyber-estate.
